I’m Catie. I’m 25 years-old and living in Colorado. I’ve spent my entire life living in Wisconsin until a little over a month ago. Right now, I’m searching for a job in marketing, specifically advertising. I originally came out here to attend the Denver Ad School, but the fear of more debt scared me off. It’s not out of the picture, but I would like to avoid it if possible. Mostly though, I just needed new scenery to motivate me. It’s hard being 2 years post-grad without a job in your field. I love advertising, but damn, it’s hard out here!

While I have the time to figure everything out, I’m starting this blog. It’s something I’ve wanted to do for three years, meaning I’ve been procrastinating it for three years. So far, I’ve been loving it, and I get to practice a lot of what I learned in journalism school.

This website is a dream. I have a bachelor’s degree in Journalism, which means I love to write and tell stories. I have a digital studies certificate, which means I really like the internet and other forms of media. I’ve worked clothing retail for almost 7 years, so I’m super into fashion. Lastly, I’m a person who wants to be the best version of myself, so I’m always looking into ways of improving my lifestyle.
