My dirty martini recipe that no one asked for. It’s safe to say I really like olives. If you do too, you might enjoy this!
Note: There’s a choice between green olives and kalamata olives in this recipe. Martinis made with green olives will be more salty, while drinks made with kalamata olives will be more buttery.
Catie’s Dirty Martini
How an olive lover makes a quick martini
Equipment
- 1 Shot Glass
- 1 Shaker
- 1 Martini Glass
- 1 Stirring Spoon
Ingredients
- 1 handful ice
- 2 shots vodka don't be cheap on the brand
- 1 shot dry vermouth
- 1 shot olive brine green or kalamata
- 2 oilves
Instructions
- Put martini glass filled with ice in freezer. It'll get cold faster… I think.
- Put ice in shaker
- Add vodka, dry vermouth, and olive brine
- Shake or stir. Whatever your preference is
- Remove martini glass from freezer and dump the ice
- Strain drink into chilled martini glass
- Add two olives on a pick for garnish
- Enjoy!
